Estimate Properties - Notes Tab Screen

Enter a predefined notes code associated with any Predefined Note. These values are set up in your company profile. Access this option by selecting your repair facility profile, and then select Predefined Notes in the Estimating section.

This field is where you type free-form note information. You can also delete or change any text that is displayed here. Once the estimate is locked, you cannot change the note.

UPD estimates are never locked. Therefore, you can always edit the note for a UPD estimate. As you create supplements, the contents of earlier notes for the estimate and for other supplements are carried forward.

This opens a dialog box containing a list of codes and Predefined Notes which can be selected to appear in the Estimate Remarks field.

This button you press after entering the Predefined Note code in the code field. Then the Predefined Note will appear in the Estimate Remarks field.
